    Training Exercises

    Sitting Triceps Extensions

    Sit with fitness tube around feet and handles in hand. Bend knees and elbows.
    Extend elbows and pull handles back.
    Return to starting position.

    Sit with fitness tube around feet and handles in hands.
    Pull handles back.
    Return to starting position.

    Resisted Squats

    Step onto fitness tube and hold both handles with your hands next to shoulders.
    Bend your knees until thighs are parallel to floor.
    Return to starting position.

    Biceps Curls

    Step onto fitness tube and hold both handles with your hands in front of body with palms facing up.
    Bend elbows and pull handles up.
    Return to starting position.

    Elbows Raise

    Step onto fitness tube with one foot and hold both handles with palms facing down.
    Slowly pull handles upward while extending elbows to sides.
    Return to starting position.

    Lateral Raise

    Step onto fitness tube with one foot and hold both handles with palms facing down.
    Slowly move straight arms to sides until parallel to floor.
    Return to starting position.

    Back Kicks

    Begin on all fours with fitness tube around one foot and handles in hands.
    Extend leg backwards until parallel to floor.
    Return to starting position.

    Stationary Squat

    Begin in squat position with front foot on fitness band and ends in hands next to shoulders.
    Extend legs until in upright position.
    Return to starting position.

    Opposite Arm and Leg Lift

    Begin on all fours with handle around one foot and hold other handle with diagonale hand.
    Lift and extend both diagonale arm and leg until they form one line.
    Return to starting position.

    Sprinter

    Fixate fitness tube close to floor. Begin in standing position with one foot in handle.
    Pull foot and handle up and bring knee high in front of body.
    Return to starting position.

    Curl Up

    Fixate fitness tube close to floor. Lie on back with knees bent and hold handles above head.
    Move arms forward and curl up body until upper back is off floor.
    Return to starting position.

    Side Bend

    Step onto fitness tube and hold both handles with your hands next to body.
    Bend towards side.
    Return to upright position.

    Compound Row

    Begin in sitting position with fitness tube around your feet and handles in hands.
    Pull ends towards body and lift elbows high. Maintain an upright position.
    Return to starting position.

    Overhead Triceps Extensions

    Stand with fitness tube behind your head. One arm holding the handle from above and one holding the tube from below.
    Extend upper arm.
    Return to starting position.

    Bent Over Fly

    Step onto fitness tube with both feet and cross band in front of body. Bend forward with back straight.
    Slowly move straight arms towards sides.
    Return to starting position.

    Chest Press

    Stand with tubes in hands and folded around your upper arms and back.
    Slowly extend arms to front.
    Return to starting position.

    Outer Thigh

    Lie on side with upper leg inside one handle of fitness tube. Wrap rubber around lower foot and hold other handle with your arm.
    Lift straight upper leg up and down.

    Glute Lift

    Lie on back with one leg bent and one leglifted off floor. Put fitness tube around upper leg and hold handles with hands on floor.
    Lift hip high until upper body and thigh form one line.
    Return to starting position.

    Standing Triceps Extension

    Step onto fitness tube and hold both handles with arms bent nect to body. Lean forward.
    Extend elbows and pull handles back.
    Return to starting position.

    Overhead Crunch

    Fixate fitness tube above head. Begin in kneeling position and hold handles with both arms above head.
    Bend forward and bring hanles towards floor while keeping arms extended.
    Return to starting position.

    Trunk Rotation

    Fixate fitness tube in chest height. Stand in 90° angle towards wall and hold handles in both hands in front of body.
    Turn upper body while maintaining fitness tube in front of body.
    Return to starting position.
