    Swing jump rope forward and jump over the rope with alternating feet on every revolution.

    Crossing in Front

    Begin in standing position with feet flightly apart and jump rope behind body.
    Swing jump rope forward and cross arms in front of body. Jump over the rope on every revolution.

    High Knee Skip Jump

    Begin in standing position with feet slightly apart and jump rope behind body.
    Swing jump rope forward and jump over the rope with alternating feet on every revolution. Lift knees high while running over rope.

    High Jump

    Begin in standing position with jump rope behind body.
    Swing jump rope forward and jump over the rope with both feet on every revolution. Lift both knees high while jumping.

    Side-to-Side

    Jump left and right with feet together while swinging rope forward.

    One Legged Jump
