Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hoop rotating at waist level.
Move to lunge position with hoop rotating.
Return to upright position.
Stand with feet shoulder width apart with hoop on hands folded together above head.
Move both hands in circles above head to rotate hoop. Bend legs until thighs are parallel to floor.
Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hold hoop at waist level.
Push hoop into motion with hands and sway hips to keep hoop rotating.
