    Training Exercises

    Hamstring

    Begin in sitting position and place massage roller under upper thigh.
    Slowly roll massage roller back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Calf

    Begin in sitting position and place massage roller under calf.
    Slowly roll massage roller back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Quads

    Begin in sitting position and place massage roller on quads.
    Slowly roll massage roller back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Shin

    Begin in sitting position and place massage roller on outer shin.
    Slowly roll massage roller back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Lower Arm

    Stand with massage roller in one hand and put other end against a wall..
    Place outside of lower arm on massage roller and slowly roll back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Outer Thigh

    Stand with one foot elevated in front of body.  Place massage roller on outer thig of elevated foot.
    Slowly roll massage roller back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Neck

    Stand and place massage roller behind your head on either side of your neck.
    Slowly roll massage roller up and down. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Lower Back

    Stand and place massage roller against your lower back.
    Slowly roll massage roller up and down. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Foot

    Begin in standing position and put one foot on massage roller.
    Slowly increase pressure on massage roller and roll back and forth.

    Inner Thigh

    Begin in sitting position and place massage roller on inner thigh.
    Slowly roll massage roller back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.
