    Recovery

    Training Exercises

    Neck

    Lie on back and place recovery ball under your neck.
    Turn head left and right.

    Hamstring

    Start in sitting position with one leg straight and hamstring placed on recovery ball. 
    Slowly roll back and forth. Reach all areas by turning sideways.

    Glutes

    Sit on recovery ball with one leg placed on top of the other.
    Roll glutes back and forth.

    Calf

    Begin in sitting position and place calf on recovery ball. Lift buttocks off floor.
    Slowly roll calf back and forth.

    Outer Thigh

    Start in side plank position with outer thigh of lower leg on recovery ball. Support body weight with upper leg placed in front of body.
    Slowly roll back and forth with outer thigh.

    Shoulder

    Lie on back and place recovery ball under your shoulder.
    Slowly roll up and down with upper body.

    Upper Back Side

    Lie on side and place recovery ball under your upper back side.
    Slowly roll up and down with upper body.

    Quads

    Begin in plank position with one thigh on recovery ball.
    Slowly roll back and forth with thighs.
    Reach all areas by turning sideways.

    Neck Standing

    Stand against a wall and put recovery ball between wall and neck.
    Roll by turning head and bending your knees.

    Foot Standing

    Stand with one foot on recovery ball.
    Slowly roll foot back and forth. Adjust pressure as desired.

    Upper Arm Standing

    Stand against a wall and put recovery ball between wall and upper arm.
    Roll by bending your knees and turning sideways.

    Foot Sitting

    Begin in sitting position and place foot on recovery ball.
    Slowly roll foot back and forth.

    Upper Arm Sitting

    Begin in sitting position and with one hand press recovery ball against upper arm.
    Slowly roll arount to massage upper arm.

    Hands

    Hold recovery balls in between hands.
    Move hands in circles for a hand massage.

    Back

    Lean against a wall with ball placed in between back and wall.
    Bend and extend your knees to roll ball up and down and massage back.

    Lower Neck

    Bend head slightly forward and press recovery ball against neck.
    Move ball around to massage neck.
