    Training Exercises

    Calf

    Begin in sitting position and place calf on twin ball. Lift buttocks off floor.
    Slowly roll calf back and forth.

    Lower Leg Side

    Begin in side plank position with lower leg on twin ball. Support body weight with upper leg placed in front of body.
    Slowly roll back and forth with lower leg.

    Quads

    Begin in plank position with one thigh on twin ball.
    Slowly roll back and forth with thighs.
    Reach all areas by turning sideways.

    Outer Thigh

    Start in side plank position with outer thigh of lower leg on twin ball. Support body weight with upper leg placed in front of body.
    Slowly roll back and forth with outer thigh.

    Upper Back

    Stand against a wall and put twin ball between wall and upper back.
    Rollup and down by bending your knees.

    Neck

    Stand against a wall and put twin ball between wall and neck.
    Roll by turning head and bending your knees.

    Hamstring

    Start in sitting position with one leg straight and hamstring placed on twin ball. 
    Slowly roll back and forth. Reach all areas by turning sideways.

    Upper Arm

    Stand against a wall and put twin ball between wall and upper arm.
    Roll by bending your knees and turning sideways.

    Upper Back

    Lie on back and place twin ball under your back.
    Roll up and down.

    Neck Lying

    Lie on back and place twin ball under your neck.
    Turn head left and right and roll up and down.
