    Training Exercises

    Side Rotations

    Begin in standard push up position with hands on push up stands.
    Lift one arm off floor and rotate upper body until both arms form one line.
    Return to starting position.

    Reverse Push-Ups

    Position yourself on all fours facing up with hands on push up stands.
    Bend arms while keeping hip high.
    Return to starting position.

    L-Sit

    Position yourself between push up stands. Push shoulders down and lift legs off floor so they are parallel to the floor.
    Engage core and hold position.

    Push-Ups

    Begin in standard push up position with hands on push up stands.
    Bend your arms and lower chest towards floor.
    Return to starting position.

    Tripod

    Begin in standard push up position and place one hand on push-up stand. Place other arm behind back.
    Maintain position while keeping core engaged.

    Leg Extensions

    Begin in standard push up position with hands on push-up stands.
    Lift each leg straight up, one by one.

    Mountain Climbers

    Swiftly bring knees to chest, one after another.

    Start in standard push up position. Place hands on push-up stands.
    Alternately lift both diagonale arm and leg off the floor.

    Plank Bridge

    Position yourself on all fours facing up. Hands on push-up stands. Lift one leg straight off floor.
    Move hip up and down without touching floor.

    Push-Ups Staggered

    Place hands on push-up stands, one hand in front of head and one hand behind. Lift body off floor.
    Bend your arms and lower chest towards floor.
    Return to starting position.
