    The ENERGETICS Rubber Expander can be used at home or at the gym and trains your arms, chest, shoulders and neck area. The handles are covered with a soft rubber for a secure grip. The five 71-cm long tubes and the springs produce a maximum of 25.2 kg of resistance for effective training results.

    Training Exercises

    Chest Extension

    Stand shoulder width apart and hold rubber expander in front of body.
    Extend arms to side and pull rubber expander apart.
    Return to starting position.

    Back Extension

    Stand shoulder width apart with rubber expander behind your back.
    Extend arms to side and pull rubber expander apart.
    Return to starting position.

    Biceps Curl

    Stand with one foot in front and inside rubber expander handle. Grab other end with same side arm.
    Bend elbows and pull rubber expander up.
    Return to starting position.

    Triceps Press

    Stand with rubber expander behind your head. One arm holding the rubber expander from above and one from below.
    Extend upper arm.
    Return to starting position.

    Shoulder Raise

    Stand shoulder width apart with one foot inside rubber expander handle. Grab other end with same side arm.
    Slowly pull fitness band upwards while extending elbow to sides.
    Return to starting position.

    Incline Flies

    Stand with rubber expander folded around your upper arms and back.
    Slowly extend arms to front.
    Return to starting position.
