    Training Exercises

    Calf

    Start in sitting position with legs crossed and calf placed on roll. Lift buttocks off floor.
    Slowly roll calf back and forth.

    Harmstring

    Start in sitting position with legs straight and hamstring placed on roll. 
    Slowly roll back and forth. Reach all areas by turning sideways.

    Glutes

    Sit on roll with one leg placed on top of the other.
    Roll glutes back and forth.

    Back

    Lie with back on roll. Place hands behind head.
    Slowly roll back and forth along back.

    Lower Leg Side

    Begin in side plank position with lower leg on roll. Support body weight with upper leg placed in front of body.
    Slowly roll back and forth with lower leg.

    Outer Thigh

    Start in side plank position with outer thigh of lower leg on roll. Support body weight with upper leg placed in front of body.
    Slowly roll back and forth with outer thigh.

    Inner Thigh

    Lie face down with inner thigh of one leg placed on roll.
    Slowly roll back and forth with inner thigh.

    Lower Leg Front

    Begin on all fours with knees straight below hips and one shin on roll.
    Slowly roll back and forth with shins.

    Quads

    Begin in plank position with thighs on roll.
    Slowly roll back and forth with thighs.
    Reach all areas by turning sideways.

    Hip Flexor

    Lie face down with roll placed below hip. Slightly fold other leg.
    Slowly roll back and forth a few centimeters with hip.
