    Training Exercises

    Burpes

    Begin in a standing position and perform a jump.

    Move into a squat position with your hands on the ground.

    Kick your feet back into a plank position and perform a push up.

    Immediately return your feet into squat position.

    Lunges

    Stand with feet shoulder width apart and hands on hips.

    Perform large step forward and lower body until thigh is parallel to floor.

    Keep knee of front leg behind toes. Return to starting position. Alternate.

    Narrow Pull Up

    Begin in hanging position with close grip on pull-up bar.

    Bend arms and pull yourself up. Return to starting position.

    Push Ups

    Place hands shoulder-width apart and lift body off floor.

    Bend your arms and lower chest towards floor, keeping elbows at 45 degree angle to body.

    Return to starting position.

    Squats

    Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Squat down until thighs are parallel to floor.

    Keep knees behind toes. Return to starting position.

    Step Ups

    Begini standing position with front leg on elevated surface.

    Step onto surface and lift knee of back leg to front.

    Return to starting position. Alternate legs.

    Wide Pull Up

    Begin in hanging position with wide grip on pull-up bar.

    Bend arms and pull yourself up. Return to starting position.
